We finally took the kids to the Gilbert House. Carter loved it! I hate spending that much money for just a couple hours of fun but I guess it was worth it for Carter :)

Here is our old window that was most likely installed when the house was built back in 1955. It also had a storm window on the outside but we took that off before I remembered to take a "before" picture. This window let in a lot of cold air and let out a lot of heat!
Leon and his friend Travis came and helped Jay install our new window. We are soooooo thankful for their help and expertise. And they were cheap ;) What a huge blessing!
Oops...as they were taking down the old window it shattered everywhere! Our frond yard is now off limits for Carter for a little while :(

We love our new window! It changes how the outside of the house looks and updates the inside so much.
