California 2011

We just got back from our annual California trip and had a great time. We go every year and meet my dad, Lori, and Jacob in Windsor. Windsor is about an hour North of San Francisco. We always stay at a great Worldmark resort and swim a lot! This trip was a little shorter but we still had a day at the pool and a day in San Francisco. And of course we had to get in a Giants baseball game. That is one of the main reasons for going ;)

Playing with Uncle Jacob through the sliding glass door.

Carter and Grandma

He loves wearing my sunglasses right now. It's funny that he knows where they go. He will even sometimes wear them up on his head like I do.

Sporting his new Giants sweatshirt that Grandma and Grandpa got him for his birthday. We have been waiting six months for him to wear it to a game!

He loved playing on the little playground at the resort. Slides are his favorite right now!

Jacob and Jay wrestling in the pool.

My dad and Lori are having a foreign exchange student come and live with them for a year and he was actually able to fly into California to meet them for the trip. His name is Oliver and he will be staying for the whole school year. It was really fun to spend our vacation with him and get to know him. He is from Germany. He is a nice kid and we are excited that he will be here for the year.

My dad, brother Jacob, Jay, Jacob's friend Cole, and Oliver

Carter loved his boat for the pool! It was definately a good purchase!

They had way too much fun with the boat! Jay was throwing him up in the air. At one point he went all the way under when he came down. He came up laughing and wanting more! He is a major water baby!

In San Francisco looking at the sea lions at the Wharf.

All the boys...Lori and I were really out numbered.

The whole gang. This is the most people we have ever had on this trip.

I love him in all of his Giants gear. He is their number one fan! ;)

Playing with Grandpa at the Giant's game.

We love our Cali trip ever year and are very thankful we are able to continue going with them. Thanks Dad and Lori for another great trip!
