Some random Carter pictures
This was Carter's first night in his crib. As I walked back and got into bed the tears started. I was sad to not have him laying next to me in the pack n play. I was also excited that we had gotten to this point though! He has done so well! Most nights he wakes up one time anywhere from 2 to 4. Then he usually sleeps until 7 or 7:30. We are even able to lay him down awake and he falls asleep on his own. I am so proud of my boy!!
Jay's great uncle came to see Carter.
This is what it would be like to have twins. This is Carter's friend Ellie.

This was his first bath in his cute little tub that Grandma got him. He loves it!
Max likes Carter's toys almost more than Carter does.

Carter's first road trip
We decided to make a trip up to Spokane and Clarkston to visit family. Most of them had not seen Carter yet and we didn't want him to be walking before they did. Spokane is about a 7 hour trip and it took us about 9. Carter slept the entire time except for the two times we stopped and woke him up to feed him. It made the trip so easy! We enjoyed three days at my aunt and uncles house and then one night in Clarkston at my grandparents. Carter was loved on by everyone. He did really well for not being in his environment and routine. He was spoiled by all the "great" aunts and uncles, cousins, and great grandparents. I am so thankful for our families! Here are some pictures of our trip. I didn't get pictures of everyone and I am so sorry for that. There was also great Aunt Sandy, cousin Tiffany and Anne, and Great Grandma and Grandpa.
